Exercise Physiologist   

Jazz Black has a Bachelors in Sports and Recreation, and has a background of boxing and personal training. Her passion is to help people of all ages to become the best and healthiest version of themselves through exercise, nutrition and massage. "Free the mind the body will follow"

But health is not only the physical. if you think of a house and it's pillars being the foundations of our lives, if one of those pillars falls surely the others will be out of balance. Jazz really believes in the power of massage as it is the oldest way to comfort and heal people,

Although Jazz is mainly a massage therapist she can also hold talks and workshops around health and wellbeing. Jazz can facilitate fun active classes to cater for all ages and fitness levels,  personal training is also available. Jazz has had experience with the NZ sevens and has had an active roll massaging Athletes from Omanu surf club.
